Winter Wear

This is a bit of a random post but I decided to style a few outfits for the winter season, casual, dressy, formal and evening. Winter is such a good season for wearing rich tones and covering up in statement jackets and boots so it's time to embrace the season! Accessorise with fur, bold necklaces and embellished jackets and boots, think decadence and bling!

Autumn Styling

Since our summer (?) is over we can start to embrace the new autumn/winter trends and wrap up warm in some gorgeous high street buys. I've got a wish list as long as my arm but here are a few favourites styled up for you, hope you like!

For a rocky, evening look, cold evenings doesn't have to mean trousers and long sleeves. Try a midi-skirt and ankle boots rather than a mini and strappy sandals for a more covered up look and throw on this fur collared leather jacket to stay warm and glamorous!

Plum is a great alternative to black in the winter months and this velvet number is a great evening look. Slightly longer to keep your legs warm it's the perfect backdrop for this stunning choker necklace. Keep up the embellished look with these statement boots to keep your ankles nice and warm on those cold nights!

Leather trousers are a great alternative to jeans and the perfect length to wear with these ankle boots without having to roll them up or cover the boots. Wear with this loose, cape style top for a great dinner look that means you can still look good and feel comfortable after a big meal :-)

Everyone loves a bit of glitter round this time of year! The gorgeous shirt lifts the dark of the skirt and jacket while still retaining an autumny palette and the flirty skirt and bow tie brooch keep the outfit youthful and fun. These boots are definitely on my wish list and would look great with tights or bare legs.

Topshop Styling

I decided to do a styling post entirely on Topshop today, I absolutely love the dresses they've got in at the moment, there's so many to choose from and so many different styles! It's normally quite a struggle to find an entire outfit in one shop so that was my challenge today and it worked pretty well!! Topshop's got a great selection to choose from at the moment and it's great if you want to buy a new outfit online without paying for 3 or 4 different postage deliveries!

Pin-up styling

Hi Guys!!! I decided to do a styling post on pin-up style today. It's a great look for summer and works on a variety of body shapes from slim to curvy, tall to short, top heavy to bottom heavy...you get the idea :-)
